American colt Kitten�s Joy has been promoted to the head of the betting for the $2 million Breeders Cup Turf after his hugely impressive victory in the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic Invitational at Belmont Park at the weekend.

Racing against older horses for the first time over the longest trip he has ever encountered  (1m-4f), the three-year-old comfortably racked up his fifth career victory, displaying an eye catching turn of foot to deny former York Dante Stakes winner Magistretti by two-and-a-half lengths.

Coral offer 3/1 about Kitten�s Joy�s chances in the Texas contest, while Magistretti has drifted out to 12/1 with the same firm after his resounding defeat at the weekend.

Aidan O�Brien�s Powerscourt, who finished a highly respectable third in the Irish Champion Stakes at Leopardstown last time, is on offer at 8/1, while Goldolphin�s classy Sulamani, who missed the Arc at Longchamp, is available at 10�s.
