THE BETFAIR RACEHORSE PARTNERSHIP

Betfair is pleased to announce that they have set up a racing syndicate.

The Sharp Minds Betfair syndicate, in which each owner has a 1/8th share, is made up of winners from competitions that Betfair has run since Cheltenham.  Two more winners have yet to be decided.  One will be auctioned at the Betfair.com Champions Ball at Newmarket in aid of the Responsibility in Gambling Trust, and there will be another competition in the Racing Post over the Betfair.com St Leger weekend.  

A four year colt, called Say What You See, has been purchased from John Hills' yard in Lambourn, and he will be sent to champion trainer Martin Pipe this week to begin his hurdling career.

Josh Apiafi, Betfair's Director of Field Marketing, said, "This is hugely exciting for everyone involved, particularly those lucky enough to have a won a share in the horse.  We can now only hope for a bit of success on the track!"
